TERMS & CONDITIONS

TITLE OF GOODS
The ownership of all goods referred to overleaf remains with 'Holley' until full payment has been made. The Company reserves the right to repossess goods not paid for.

ACCEPTANCE
The customer accepts these terms and conditions when they place a verbal order.

PAYMENT TERMS
Our credit terms are strictly cheque or cash, unless alternative arrangements have been made prior to delivery. We reserve the right to charge interest on all accounts unpaid at a rate of 4% above Barclays Bank Base Rate until the outstanding account is paid in full.

DELIVERY CHARGES
Our prices include delivery costs unless otherwise stated.

AVAILABILITY
We try hard to hold all lines in stock, but all lines are offered subject to being available at the time of loading.

PRICE INCREASES
Prices may be subject to alterations without prior notice, but we endeavour to give at least seven days notice of an increase and we always try to be competitive.

LIABILITY
Goods are not tested as fit for any particular purpose. In no circumstances whatsoever shall our company's liability to our customers arising under, out of, or in contention with the goods supplied exceed the invoice price of the particular items in regard with the complaint made. We will not take responsibility for damage done to customer's property.
